CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-210 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED AND QUITCLAIM DEED <br />FROM LEONARD W. AND THOMASINE M. BLACK FOR <br />STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed and Quitclaim <br />Deed from Leonard W. and Thomasine M. Black to <br />the City of Pleasanton, copies of which are attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, <br />for street rights-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 8, 1984, the City Council <br />received a report from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities indicating that the acceptance <br />of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Grant Deed and Quitclaim Deed from Leonard <br /> W. and Thomasine M. Black to the City of Pleasanton <br /> for street rights-of-way are hereby accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers are instructed to <br /> take whatever action necessary to imDlement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br /> This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 8, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, and Wood <br />None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ICE <br /> ,,,4. ,. <br /> ames R.
