CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-208 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT <br />DEFERMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />AND ROBERT E. FRANK <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> The City Council approves the Second Amendment to <br />the Development Deferment Agreement between the City <br />of Pleasanton and Robert E.
