CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-205 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />REZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 1.2 ACRE SITE LOCATED <br />AT 123 AND 124 RAY STREET FROM RM-1500 (MULTI- <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO TIlE "PUD" (PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 24, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning <br />an approximately 1.2 acre site located at 123 and 124 <br />Ray Street from the RM-1500 (Multi-family Residential) <br />District to the "PUD" (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br />Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated April 2, 1984 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential imDacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on <br />the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning an <br /> approximately 1.2 acre site located at 123 and 124 <br /> Ray Street from the RM-1500 (Multi-family Residential) <br /> District to the "PUD" (Planned Unit Development)-Medium <br /> Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
