CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-205 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR REZONING AN APPROXIMATELY 1.2 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 123 AND 124 RAY STREET FROM RM-1500 (MULTI- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO TIlE "PUD" (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 24, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for rezoning an approximately 1.2 acre site located at 123 and 124 Ray Street from the RM-1500 (Multi-family Residential) District to the "PUD" (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated April 2, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential imDacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for rezoning an approximately 1.2 acre site located at 123 and 124 Ray Street from the RM-1500 (Multi-family Residential) District to the "PUD" (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
