CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-204 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLA- <br />RATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF A 200 <br />UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 35 ACRES <br />LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE <br />OPPOSITE SAUTERNE WAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 24, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed mitigated negative declaration <br />for development plan approval of a 200 unit residential <br />project on approximately 35 acres located on the north <br />side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 7, 1984 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated <br />negative declarations and environmental impact <br />reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that based upon the review <br />of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- <br />mentary evidence presented at the public hearing <br />that there may be significant impacts on the <br />environment, but that conditions listed in Section <br />1 below as mitigations render these potential <br />impacts insignificant; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for <br />development plan approval of a 200 unit residential <br />project on approximately 35 acres located on the <br />north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way, <br />subject to mitigating conditions numbers 2, 11, 16, <br />and 17 as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to <br />Ordinance No. 1139 and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
