CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-204 RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLA- RATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF A 200 UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 35 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE OPPOSITE SAUTERNE WAY WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 24, 1984, the City Council received a proposed mitigated negative declaration for development plan approval of a 200 unit residential project on approximately 35 acres located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 7, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- mentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there may be significant impacts on the environment, but that conditions listed in Section 1 below as mitigations render these potential impacts insignificant; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves a Mitigated Negative Declaration for development plan approval of a 200 unit residential project on approximately 35 acres located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Sauterne Way, subject to mitigating conditions numbers 2, 11, 16, and 17 as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 1139 and incorporated herein by reference.
