CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-203 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 40 UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 4.7 ACRES AT 3780 VINEYARD AVENUE WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 24, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a 40 unit residential development on approximately 4.7 acres located at 3780 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 5, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and development plan; and the City Council has r'eviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a 40 unit residential development on approximately 4.7 acres located at 3780 Vineyard Avenue. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
