CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-201 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SELECTING PARAMEDIC PROGRAM SERVICE <br />MODEL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />in August,1984, the City Council consented to the <br />inclusion of the City of Pleasanton in the County <br />Service Area to finance the paramedic service <br />program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it is necessary at this time to select the service <br />model option which will determine the amount of <br />assessment against each parcel of property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council hereby selects Option A, a two-person <br /> paramedic private contract service model. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Manager is authorized to notify the <br /> County Administration of this action. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> H R.
