CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-188 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM, PROJECT NO. 84-9, AND <br />AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report dated April 18, 1984, advised the City <br />Council that plans and specifications had been <br />completed for the sidewalk repair program, Project <br />No. 84-9, and that said plans have been reviewed <br />by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of ADril 24, 1984, the City Council <br />reviewed the report'of the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> sidewalk repair program, Project No. 84-9. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above <br /> project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 24, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood <br /> and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br />James R.
