ATTACHMENT3 <br />Little Ivy League "LIL" Chinese School <br />~"" Conditional Use Application <br />General Description <br />Applicant: Jennifer Zheng, 3728 Appian Street, Pleasanton, CA 94588 <br />Summary: The Little Ivy League (LIL) School is an Academic Private School emphasizing <br />Cultural Heritage. It offers a tutoring curriculum for school age children. Our school <br />enrollment is open to all school age students. <br />It is LIL's desire to relocate from its current location to 5925 W. Las Positas Blvd, to a <br />5382 square foot space within a commercial condominium facility that is owned by the <br />Tri-Valley (Korean) Presbyterian Church ("KPC'~. <br />The school is staffed with up to ten employees (2 full time and 8 part time) Additional <br />part time specialists employees aze hired as necessary. LIL is typically staffed with 1 <br />instructor for every 10 students, with no less than 2 instructors at any given time. <br />Private tutoring schools do not need license from California State Licensing (see <br />below). <br />Facility Operation & Hours: <br />Proerams: Chinese Language Art and Culture, English Reading and Math Tutoring program <br />for school age children as well adults. <br />Hours• <br />- Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM <br />- Saturdays & Sunday closed <br />- Summer, winter and spring school breaks Academic Program Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:30 <br />PM daily for approximately 12 weeks <br />- Hours may change with circumstances, such as holidays, or special school schedules. <br />Program Descriptions: <br />LIL School ("School") is a California non-profit company that provides Chinese culture <br />enrichment programs to residents in tri-valley azea as well as additional reading, language arts <br />and math tutoring programs to school age students (Also know as Heritage Schools). A copy <br />of its daily and summer program curriculum is attached at Page 7. <br />The School provides three basic core-tutoring programs: Chinese Lj '' <br />English reading and Math.
