~~ flits. Crystal fCh(nese Lev <br />Ms. Crystal joined Yang Fan as a Chinese teacher in October 2008. Ms. Crystal has <br />extensive teaching experience both in China and the United States. Ms. Crystal has been <br />teaching Chinese to students at all levels and is great with children, especially those who <br />live in anon-Chinese speaking environment. <br />Ms. Crystal started her career in China as a credential teacher in teaching English and <br />Chinese. After immigrating to the U.S., Ms. Crystal continued her teaching career at a <br />Chinese School in Chicago from 2002 to 2005. In 2006, Ms. Crystal moved back to China <br />to start her own entrepreneurship in designing and promoting courses for internationally recognized <br />certificates and diplomas for adults and children. Her venture offered a variety of Chinese courses in <br />writing, reading and communications to people from both the local communities and the business world <br />including company executives. <br />Ms. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Roosevelt University and a <br />Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Shanghai Normal University. <br />Ms. Janet (Kindergarten Chinese, Chinese Level 1 &Non-Chinese Speaking) Ms. recognized certificates <br />and diplomas for adults and children. Her venture offered a <br />variety of Chinese courses in writing, reading and communications to people from both <br />the local communities and the business world including company executives. <br />Ms. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Roosevelt <br />University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Shanghai Normal University. <br />Ms. Janet is an enthusiastic teacher who believes that building a fun and interactive <br />environment is essential for teaching children to learn the Chinese language as well as <br />fostering their early stage of development. Ms. Janet has been teaching children since <br />1995, when she worked at Kuroda Language Academy in Australia. She has taught <br />Chinese at various Bay Area Schools such as San Ramon Valley Chinese School and Bay <br />Valley Chinese School. <br />Ms. Janet received her teaching credits in Early Childhood Development at Las Positas <br />College. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Japanese Literature and a <br />minor in Chinese Language from SooChow University in Taiwan. <br />OUR PROGRAM TEACHERS: <br />Ms. Nilda <br />Ms. Nilda has a combined fifteen years of early childhood teaching experience. She has <br />taught Pre-Kindergarteners, Kindergarteners and 1ngraders at various private schools <br />and youth programs in the bay area, such as Community Christian School in San <br />Lorenzo, Fremont Christian School, Elmhurst Learning Center in Hayward and as the <br />Youth Pastor of Templo De La Cruz. She really enjoys creating a fun and educational <br />environment for the children to be in. <br />Ms. Nilda received her teaching certificate in Early Childhood Development, and is <br />currently enrolled in Las Positas College with a major in Psychology. Ms. Nilda also has <br />a certificate in Human Services. <br />Ms. Julia <br />Before joining Yang Fan, Ms. Julie had been teaching children at a Sunday Chinese school <br />for two years. Her philosophy of education is that teaming should be fun and enjoyable <br />for the students. She also believes that enforoing discipline is very important in <br />classroom management to develop a positive teaming environment where students can <br />be challenged. <br />Ms. Julie graduated from the National Taiwan University. Additionally, she received her <br />PhD from UC Riverside and her Postdoctoral training from UC Berkeley. With a strong <br />academic background and her teaching enthusiasm, she looks forward to sharing her <br />experience with your children at Yang Fan. <br />
