The Disclosure Category for consultant is dependent upon the type of work being performed. <br />Work of the type andlor nature that could or would be performed by a designated employee <br />identified in the City of Pleasanton Conflict of Interest Code. The City Manager or their designee <br />may find that a person need not fully comply with the disclosure requirements upon a written <br />determination that the work and duties contracted are limited in scope and full compliance is <br />unnecessary. The written determination shall identify what level of disclosure, if any, is required. <br />2. Work that involved making or participating in making decision which may have a foreseeable <br />material effect on a financial interest subject to the reporting requirement of the Political Report <br />Act. <br />
