an accounting practice in San Jose from 1970 until 1983. In 1972 he founded <br />Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan Association and served as Chairman of the <br />Board of Directors until 1981. He graduated from the University of Santa <br />Clara with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. <br /> <br /> George J. Kallis. Mr. Kallis joined CPS March 1984. He was with Xerox <br />Corporation in sales and Vice President of marketing from 1969 to 1976. He <br />worked with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services from 1976 to 1984 <br />in sales, various management positions and as Vice President, Resident Manager <br />of the San Gabriel Valley office. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in <br />Business Administration from the University of Maryland. <br /> <br />Crum and Forster <br /> <br /> Crum and Forster, a major property and liability insurance company was <br />acquired in January 1983 by Xerox Corporation, a leading manufacturer of <br />copiers and electronic printing systems. The western regional office of Crum <br />and Forster Personal Insurance is located in Hacienda Business Park in a <br />41,760 square foot office building and employs approximate 130 persons. <br /> <br />Pacific Bell <br /> <br /> Pacific Bell is a subsidiary of Pacific Telesis, the sixth largest <br />telephone holding company in the United States. Pacific Telesis provides <br />local exchange telephone service in parts of California and Nevada. Pacific <br />Bell recently completed the construction of a 25,800 square foot telephone <br />equipment building and electronic switching station in Hacienda Business Park <br />which is expected to be occupied by September 1984. <br /> <br />-34- <br /> <br /> <br />
