In addition to providing an estimate of the retail fair market value of <br />the land in the District, the Appraisal includes detailed economic and <br />demographic information about the San Francisco Bay Area Region, provides an <br />analysis of the City's ability to absorb the proposed development for Hacienda <br />Business Park, and analyzes Hacienda's relative position compared to <br />concurrent development in the surrounding area. <br /> <br /> A letter from the Appraiser which certifies the final value conclusion and <br />sets forth certain conditions of the Appraisal is contained in Appendix C <br />herein entitled "Certification of the Appraisal". A complete copy of the <br />Appraisal, which includes the above-mentioned comparative analyses of the San <br />Francisco Bay Area region, the City and the District, is available for <br />inspection at the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Assessment Data <br /> <br /> The amount of the assessment against each parcel in the District is <br />contained in Table 3 entitled "Assessment Data".
