TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> The purpose of this Offering Memorandum is to supply information to <br />prospective purchasers of $18,488,000 principal amount of Assessment District <br />No. 1984-1, Hopyard Road Improvement Bonds ("The Bonds") proposed to be issued <br />by the City of Pleasanton ("the City") pursuant to the Improvement Bond Act of <br />1915 ("the Bond Law"). <br /> <br /> The information set forth herein has been furnished by the City and from <br />certain other sources which are believed to be accurate and reliable but is <br />not guaranteed as to accuracy or completeness.
