f <br /> <br /> REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS IS AN AGREEMENT between the City of Pleasanton, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter "the <br />City") and The Prudential Insurance Company of America, a New Jersey <br />corporation, (hereinafter "the Developer"). <br /> <br /> The Developer is the developer of the land generally <br />described as Hacienda Business Park Phase I (hereinafter "Hacienda") <br />and more particularly described in the parcel map entitled "Parcel <br />Map 3858, Hacienda Business Park, City of Pleasanton," pages 49 <br />through 56, inclusive, in the office of the County Recorder of the <br />County of Alameda, State of California. The Developer has <br />constructed within and adjacent to Hacienda certain improvements <br />designed for public use, as more fully described hereafter. The <br />parties intend that these improvements shall be transferred to the <br />City for public use and the City shall reimburse Developer for <br />development costs of the improvements and the development costs are <br />to be specially assessed against the land within Hacienda benefiting <br />from the improvements. The purpose of the agreement is to establish <br /> <br />the terms of the transfer and reimbursement of development costs. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. IMPROVEMENTS TO BE TRANSFERRED. The Developer agrees <br />to transfer and the City agrees to pay Developer its development <br />costs (hereinafter "Development Costs") as hereinafter set forth for <br />the following described improvements (hereinafter "the <br />Improvements") as the Improvements existed on February 28, 1984. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
