RESOLUTION NO. 84-172 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED BOUNDARY MAP <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br /> HOPYARD ROAD <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> A map entitled "Amended Proposed Boundaries of Assessment <br />District No. 1984-1, Hopyard Road, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California," has been filed with the City Clerk. <br /> <br /> This Council approves the amended map and adopts the <br />boundaries shown on the amended map as describing the extent of the <br />territory included in a proposed assessment district to be known as <br />Assessment District No. 1984-1, Hopyard Road, City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California. <br /> <br /> This Council finds that the amended map is in the form and <br />contains the matters prescribed by Section 3110 of the California <br />Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> This Council directs the City Clerk to certify the <br />adoption of this resolution on the face of the amended map, and to <br />file a copy of the map with the County Recorder for placement in the <br />Book of Maps of Assessment Districts and to cross-index this amended <br />map with the original map filed on March 14, 1984, in the office of <br />the County Recorder of Alameda County in the Book of Maps of <br />Assessment Districts in Book 2, at page 95. <br /> <br /> , , , <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> <br />
