15.20.170 <br />15.20.170 Connection fee-Waiver. <br />Upon application and good cause shown, the city <br />council may, in its sole discretion, waive any of the <br />fees and charges prescribed in this chapter over which <br />it has authority. (Ord. 1082 § 2, 1983; prior code § 2- <br />15.50.05) <br />15.20.180 Schedule of rates and charges. <br />A. User Charges. The city's portion of the <br />user charges are set forth in Table 15.20.180 of this <br />section. The total user charges that include the city's <br />portion ("local") and the district's portion ("regional") <br />are set forth in the master fee schedule. The single- <br />family user charges for properties within the Ruby Hill <br />subdivision that are served by Livermore are set forth <br />in the master fee schedule. <br />B. District Connection Fees. The sewer con- <br />nection fees for the Dublin San Ramon services district <br />shall be as established by the board of directors of the <br />district, as set forth in the master fee schedule (on file <br />in the office of the city clerk). <br />C. City Connection Fees. <br />1. Each single-family dwelling unit shall pay <br />a connection fee of $500.00. <br />2.
