CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-169 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF LEONARD <br />BLACK TO SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 5 ACRES INTO TWO <br />LOTS, APPROXIMATELY 3.8 AND 1.2 ACRES IN SIZE, AT <br />2373 MARTIN AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Leonard Black has applied for a subdivision of his <br />property at 2373 Martin Avenue into two separate <br />parcels of 1.2 acres and 3.8 acres; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the property is zoned Low Density Residential PUD <br />and when the development plan for this site was <br />approved in 1983 one of the conditions of approval <br />was that the subdivision of the property would <br />require City Council approval with a recommendation <br />from the Planning Coff~fLission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission considered this matter at <br />its meeting of March 28, 1984 and recommended <br />approval subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 10, <br />1984, at which time the applicant and members of <br />the public were given an opportunity to comment on <br />this matter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a minor subdivision of this type is categorically <br />exempt under CEQA and therefore no environmental <br />document accompanies this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed subdivision <br />is in conformance with the two separate PUDs <br />controlling development on the subject property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> City Council approves the application of Leonard <br />Black (Case MS-84-6) for subdivision of his Droperty <br />at 2373 Martin Avenue into two lots of approximately <br />3.8 acres and 1.2 acres in size, subject to all <br />conditions in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
