CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-169 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF LEONARD BLACK TO SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 5 ACRES INTO TWO LOTS, APPROXIMATELY 3.8 AND 1.2 ACRES IN SIZE, AT 2373 MARTIN AVENUE WHEREAS, Leonard Black has applied for a subdivision of his property at 2373 Martin Avenue into two separate parcels of 1.2 acres and 3.8 acres; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned Low Density Residential PUD and when the development plan for this site was approved in 1983 one of the conditions of approval was that the subdivision of the property would require City Council approval with a recommendation from the Planning Coff~fLission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered this matter at its meeting of March 28, 1984 and recommended approval subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 10, 1984, at which time the applicant and members of the public were given an opportunity to comment on this matter; and WHEREAS, a minor subdivision of this type is categorically exempt under CEQA and therefore no environmental document accompanies this application; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed subdivision is in conformance with the two separate PUDs controlling development on the subject property; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: City Council approves the application of Leonard Black (Case MS-84-6) for subdivision of his Droperty at 2373 Martin Avenue into two lots of approximately 3.8 acres and 1.2 acres in size, subject to all conditions in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
