CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-168 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE PARCEL CONTAINED IN PROPERTY BEING ANNEXED UNDER ANNEXATION NO. 105 WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 10, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning an approximately one acre parcel comprised of three segments not being used for street right-of-way, which land is involved in Annexation No. 105, to the "0" (Office) District and "A" (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 19, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that'the proposed Drezoning would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning of the northernmost approximately 1/10th of Parcel B to the "0" (Office) District and prezoning the two portions of Parcel A which will not be street right-of-way to the "A" (Agricultural) District, which land is involved in Annexation No. 105. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
