CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-168 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PREZONING AN APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE PARCEL CONTAINED <br />IN PROPERTY BEING ANNEXED UNDER ANNEXATION NO. 105 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of April 10, 1984, the City Council <br />received a proposed negative declaration for prezoning <br />an approximately one acre parcel comprised of three <br />segments not being used for street right-of-way, which <br />land is involved in Annexation No. 105, to the "0" <br />(Office) District and "A" (Agricultural) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated March 19, 1984 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time <br />the public was given the opportunity to comment on <br />the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of negative <br />declarations and environmental impact reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that'the proposed Drezoning <br />would not have any significant adverse effects on <br />the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the Negative Declaration for the prezoning of <br />the northernmost approximately 1/10th of Parcel B to <br />the "0" (Office) District and prezoning the two portions <br />of Parcel A which will not be street right-of-way to the <br />"A" (Agricultural) District, which land is involved in <br />Annexation No. 105. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
