EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan, floor plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br /> <br />That where feasible, the project shall meet all parking <br />requirements of Article 16, of the Pleasanton Zoning Code <br />and shall show all standard size parking spaces to be a <br />minimum of 8'8" in width. <br /> <br />That approval of this case is subject to all conditions of <br />approval of Ordinance No. 1109 under which the Hacienda <br />Business Park PUD was approved and approval of case <br />PUD-81-30-10D is conditioned upon Ordinance No. 1109 becoming <br />effective. <br /> <br />That as part of this project, full driveways shall be constructed <br />to the subject property from Gibraltar Drive and Hopyard Road. <br />These driveways shall be constructed to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />That the developer process a minor subdivision aDDlication <br />and record a parcel mad to effect the division of"Lot 1 <br />into Lot 1A and 1B. <br /> <br />That the developer grant a public service easement (P.S.E.) <br />to the City over the common Driveways. <br /> <br />That approval of this case is subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development exceDt conditions numbers 12, 29, <br />33, 46, 49 and 54. <br /> <br /> <br />
