CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFO~IIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-167 PZSOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 13,000 SQ. FT. RESTAURANT ON APPROXI- MATELY 2.7 ACRES AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HOPYARD ROAD AND GIBRALTAR DRIVE WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has applied for design review approval for an approximately 13,000 sq. ft. restaurant on an approximately 2.7 acre site located at the southeast corner of Hopyard Road and Gibraltar Drive; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the development plan of the subject site (~UD-81-30) including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circum- stances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this application does not constitute a new project under CEQA and no new environmental documents accompany this aDplication; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 10, 1984 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-81-30 and the General Plan; and the City Council has found that the project is consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Prudential Insurance Company for design approval for an approximately 13,000 sq. ft. restaurant on approximately 2.7 acres located at the southeast corner of Hopyard Road and Gibraltar Drive, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
