CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-165 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR A REVISION TO THE HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK PUD (PUD-81-30-1M) WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 10, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for a revision to the Hacienda Business Park PUD to expand the boundaries of the park by 5.7 acres and change the zoning of various portions within the park; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 21, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the oDportunity to comment on the environmentalimpacts of the proposed PUD revision; and the City Councii has.reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with'the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed PUD revision would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the revision to the Hacienda Business Park PUD as described more particularly in Ordinance No. 1134. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
