CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-162 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING FRANK C. BRANDES, JR.
