CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STAFF - <br /> REPORT <br /> <br />April 4 , 1984 <br /> <br />HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> <br />Approval of a Right-of-Way Description for a Portion of Parkside <br />Drive Within the Existing City Park and Establishment of a Speed <br />Limit - Tract 5117, Parkside Unit 3 Development <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />A portion of Parkside Drive in Tract 5117, Parkside Unit 3, marked <br />Parcel B as shown on Exhibit "A" is within the existing City Sports <br />Park. In order to establish this parcel as an official City street, <br />it is necessary for the City Council to approve a right-of-way <br />description to be filed and recorded with the Recorder of Alameda <br />County. <br /> <br />Descriptions <br /> <br />Descriptions and plot plan are attached for your information. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended that your Council: <br /> <br />Approve the right-of-way description of Parcel B and <br />authorize the City Manager to file said documents with <br />the Recorder of Alameda County. <br /> <br />Establish, by introduction of an ordinance, a speed <br />limit of 25 MPH for this proposed street. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />R.
