CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-153 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTS NO. 24 <br />and 25 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT N0.04-5101 <br />FOR FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMENTS (RESTORE STREETS AND <br />REMOVE TRACKS ON ABANDONED SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD <br />CROSSINGS FROM STANLEY BOULEVARD TO MAIN STREET) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the Program Supplements <br /> No. 24 and 25 to Local Agency-State Agreement No. <br /> 04-5101 for federal aid improvements (restore streets <br /> and remove tracks on abandoned Southern Pacific <br /> Railroad crossings from Stanley Boulevard to Main <br /> Street), a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Clerk to execute the above- <br /> described agreements. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 10, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />R George~ Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />PeJter D~ MacDonal~ City ttorney <br /> <br /> <br />
