20. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />That the site be dept free of fire hazards from the start <br />of construction to final inspection and that the Fire <br />Department emergency number be provided adjacent to all <br />telephones on the site. <br /> <br />That the project shall. meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Security Code and the developer shall provide <br />plans as specified by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the <br />Pleasanton Police Department. <br /> <br />That if required by the Police Department., the building(s) <br />shall be equipped with an alarm system, the type to be <br />approved by the Police Department and that this system <br />shall be installed prior to final building inspection. <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />That the colors of the building(s) be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />That the developer pay any and all fees that the property <br />may be subject to. <br /> <br />That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating <br />more than one newspaper shall be allowed outside of <br />buildings within 'the development; the design of these <br />dispensers shall be approved by the Planning Division. <br /> <br />That the developer submit a building permit survey and a <br />site development plan in accordance with the Survey Ordinance <br />(Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II), and that these plans be <br />approved by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit.
