CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-149 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL OF A 10,000 SQ. FT. OFFICE BUILDING PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT 139 SPRING STREET WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 27, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for design review approval of a 10,000 sq. ft. office building proposed to be constructed at 139 Spring Street by Lesher Communications, publishers of the Valley Times; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 5, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed office building development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for Design Review approval of a 10,000 sq. ft. office building proposed to be constructed at 139 Spring Street. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
