CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-146 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CENTRAL BALLOT COUNTING <br />PLACE FOR APRIL 10, 1984 SPECIAL ELECTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Election Code Sections 22805 and 22834 require that <br />the City Council appoint precinct election officers, <br />designate central ballot counting.place and polling <br />places; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Fire Station No. 1, 4444 Railroad Avenue, is hereby <br /> designated as the central counting center for the <br /> April 10, 1984 Special Election. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption and shall be published <br /> once in a newsDaper of general circulation in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 27, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />None <br />Councilmember Mohr <br />None <br /> <br />R' E~~E.
