the sanitary sewer system and using all or a portion of the <br /> <br />eight (8) sewer-system connection permits for this purpose. <br /> <br /> 4. No sewer-system connection permit shall be issued on <br /> <br />the Property utilizing capacity from any source until the <br />above-referenced eight (8) Sewer Permits have been utilized <br />pursuant to validly issued building permits. <br /> <br /> 5. Nothing contained herein shall preclude Developer, <br /> <br />its successors-in-interest or assigns, from submitting plans <br />and development proposals for the Property to Pleasa~ton, <br />including, but not limited to, the submission of precise <br />plans, subdivision maps and building permit applications, <br />during the period in which the issuance of building permits <br />is forbidden by this Agreament, or at any other time. <br /> <br /> 6.
