CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-141 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 1984 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,485,087.15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of March 27, 1984, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of February, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 45771 to 46154 <br /> dated from February 9, 1984 to February 29, 1984, <br /> in the total amount of $2,485,087.15 are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial Report dated February 29, 1984, has <br /> been reviewed and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH27, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmemb'ers '- Brandes, Mercer, Wood and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~ .
