The Vendor will sell the tickets for cash <br /> <br />only and remit the proceeds monthly, by check, accompanied by <br />the Report of Off-Site Ticket Sales to the District, on <br /> <br />the 25th day of each month if the 25th is a workday; or if <br />not, on the first workday following the 25th of the month. <br />The check shall be sent to Bay Area Rapid Transit District, <br /> <br /> Oakland, CA 94607, Attention: Assistant <br /> <br />800 Madison Street, <br />Treasurer. <br /> <br /> 6. The <br /> <br /> District will also provide payment. for <br />these administrative services rendered by the Vendor on a <br />monthly basis.
