CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-128 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS <br />AND BROWN FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR FOUR OFFICE/WARE- <br />HOUSING STRUCTURES AND RELATED FACILITIES ON <br />APPROXIMATELY FOUR ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST <br />CO~ER OF OI,~NS DRIVE AND JOHNSON DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Reynolds and Brown has applied for design approval <br />for four office/warehousing structures and related <br />facilities totalling approximately 40,000 sq. ft. <br />on approximately four acres of land located at the <br />southeast corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a mitigated negative declaration was PrePared for <br />the development plan of the subject site'including <br />the typical architectural and site designs for <br />individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances <br />or new information requiring additional environmental <br />review; therefore, this aDplication does not constitute <br />a new project under CEOA and no new environmental <br />documents accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a public hearing was held on March 13, 1984 and <br />testimony taken concerning the proposed project <br />including its design, cumulative impact, consistency <br />with PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14 and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has found that the project is <br />consistent with the prior PUD approvals as well as <br />the City's General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TItE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Approves the application of Reynolds and Brown for <br />design approval for four office/warehousing structures <br />and related facilities totalling aDproximately 40,000 <br />sq. ft. on approximately four acres of land located <br />at the southeast corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive, <br />subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 13, 1984 BY THE FOLLO!~ING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
