CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-128 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND BROWN FOR DESIGN APPROVAL FOR FOUR OFFICE/WARE- HOUSING STRUCTURES AND RELATED FACILITIES ON APPROXIMATELY FOUR ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CO~ER OF OI,~NS DRIVE AND JOHNSON DRIVE WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown has applied for design approval for four office/warehousing structures and related facilities totalling approximately 40,000 sq. ft. on approximately four acres of land located at the southeast corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive; and WHEREAS, a mitigated negative declaration was PrePared for the development plan of the subject site'including the typical architectural and site designs for individual lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new information requiring additional environmental review; therefore, this aDplication does not constitute a new project under CEOA and no new environmental documents accompany this application; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 13, 1984 and testimony taken concerning the proposed project including its design, cumulative impact, consistency with PUD-82-1 and PUD-80-14 and the General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is consistent with the prior PUD approvals as well as the City's General Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, TItE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Reynolds and Brown for design approval for four office/warehousing structures and related facilities totalling aDproximately 40,000 sq. ft. on approximately four acres of land located at the southeast corner of Owens Drive and Johnson Drive, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
