EXHIBIT A DRAFT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL PCUP-205, Janny Rocha 481 Sycamore Road January 20, 2009 7. The relocation and operation of the water tank shall conform substantially to Exhibit B. Minor changes to the approved water tank may be approved by the Director of Community Development if found to be in substantial compliance. 8. Ms. Rocha shall cause the water tank to be relocated within 90 days of receiving $2,480 (including $30 sales tax) from the Segundos for the cost of moving the tank. 9. All Conditions of Approval of PUD-A shall remain in full force and effect. 10. This Conditional Use Permit only covers the replacement and relocation of the existing water tank. If future alterations/changes/structures/ additions are desired, and the PUD does not cover/address the scope of work desired, a new Conditional Use Permit or Planned Unit Development application shall be secured by the applicant/property owner from the City prior to commencement of work. 11. The applicant/property owner shall maintain the area surrounding the tank and well in a clean and orderly manner at all times. 12. Changes to the water tank (i.e., location, color, screening, type, size, etc) shall not be made without prior approval from the Planning Division. 13. The applicant shall consider planting shrubs to screen the tank with materials that will not harm the health of the stock, subject to the review and approval of the Director of Community Development. {end}
