All this time the property has been maintain the bast it could and when the Rocha'$ bought it - trattsformed all of it for a very lovely and appealing property most of the work done by them. I have been irlAnds with all the geople that have lived there - visiting - and when Jenny showed me the new water tank - to replaoe the old wooden one - it was a safer, cleaner alternative to the old one. We also have a water tank - a neoeasity for availabe water for livestook and water supply when water footage greatly reduces in the summer months. There can be many problee dealing with wells - pipe breakage - earthquake damage - water presavation is essential! It makes a good point to have the tank ae olose to the well as poaslbla - power to maintain the tank from the well system should'd take as long. If neighbors don't like the appearanoa -trees could be planted by them - on their own property to mediate the issue sinoe.the tank was the for more than 50 yrs. The new tank is muoh safer ~ wooden tanks had a door on the top that could be reached by children cluing the iron baits that surrounded the struoture. .'he top was necessary to gunge water storage. I sincerely feel that Mrs. Roche has greatly tried to appease the neighbors on a matter that shouldn't have reached Planning. I wish that more people knew of the history of our area - neighbors supported each other - I am sorry that feeling died with the North Syoamore Plan - it truly was a MAYBURRY ezperienoe.
