We understand that the municipal code is to enhance property values and ensure the <br />rights of that all residents to privacy, safety and an attractive environment are respected. <br />Clearly, we have respected all of that and we hope that the conditional use permit will be <br />granted, as it is crucial that we have a working water storage tank for animals, our <br />irrigation and us. I'm also a recent widow with a young child and it will be a financial <br />hazdship for me if I have to relocate the tank to a different location. <br />
