CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 84-106 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A PROPOSED 35 LOT LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 25 ACRES LOCATED IN THE GENEtAL VICINITY OF THE NORTH~ST CORNER OF MOHR AND MARTIN AVENUES WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 28, 1984, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for development plan approval for a proposed 35-1ot low density residential project on approximately 25 acres located in the general vicinity of the northwest corner of Mohr and Martin Avenues; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 5, 1983 and updated on January 31, 1984 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed planned unit development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for PUD-83-10 and PUD-83-12, development plan approval for a proposed 35-1ot low density residential project with lots ranging in size from approximately 23,000 to 58,000 sq. ft. on approximately 25 acres located in the general vicinity of the northwest corner of Mohr and Martin Avenues. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 28, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE:
