CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-106 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A PROPOSED 35 LOT <br />LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY <br />25 ACRES LOCATED IN THE GENEtAL VICINITY OF THE <br />NORTH~ST CORNER OF MOHR AND MARTIN AVENUES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 28, 1984, the City <br />Council received a proposed negative declaration <br />for development plan approval for a proposed 35-1ot <br />low density residential project on approximately <br />25 acres located in the general vicinity of the <br />northwest corner of Mohr and Martin Avenues; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated July 5, 1983 and updated on <br />January 31, 1984 and received the recommendations <br />of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that the proposed planned unit <br />development plan would not have any significant <br />adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for PUD-83-10 and <br /> PUD-83-12, development plan approval for a proposed <br /> 35-1ot low density residential project with lots ranging <br /> in size from approximately 23,000 to 58,000 sq. ft. on <br /> approximately 25 acres located in the general vicinity <br /> of the northwest corner of Mohr and Martin Avenues. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 28, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
