r <br />3 <br />4: , r <br />~SA1y CIT ~ ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLE«.,ANTON <br />~ ~a <br />4w ~ <br />., <br />,., ALA~~~iEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />r <br />:~ r <br />~ ~ ~~ <br />~~ ~» .a° ORDINANCE N0. 172S <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18.44 OF THE <br />PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE TO MAKE LIQUOR <br />STORES CONDITIONAL USES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD <br />COMMERCIAL AND CENTRAL COMMERCIAL <br />DISTRICTS <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 1,1997, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br />Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 97;281), regarding <br />amendments to Chapter 18.44 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code to make liquor <br />stores conditional uses in the Neighborhood Commercial and Cenral Commercial <br />Districts; <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Chapter 18.44 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, Commercial Districts, is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />"Chapter 18.44 <br />Table 18.44.094 <br />CR* CR** CN CC CS CF CA <br />(m) (P) <br />Liquor stores P P C C <br />Remainder of Table 18.44.090, no changes." <br />Section 2: A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Tri-Valley Herald," a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br />fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its <br />adoprion. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br />
