Section 3: Section 3 of Resolution No. 83-538 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 4: "The proposed form of indenture (the "Indenture") between the City and Security Pacific National Bank, as trustee (the "Trustee"), in substantially the form presented to this meeting, is hereby approved. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name and on behalf of the City, to execute and deliver, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name and on behalf of the City, to attest, the Indenture in substantially said form, with such additions thereto or changes therein as are recommended or approved by either of them uDon consultation with the City Attorney and Bond Counsel to the City (including a change in the Trustee and such additions'or changes as are necessary or advisable in accordance with the last sentence of Section 11, Drovided that no additions or changes shall authorize an a~gre~ate principal amount of Bonds in excess of $9,000,000 or result in a true interest cost on the Bonds in excess of 10% per annum), the approval of such additions or changes to be conclusively evidenced by the execution and delivery of said Indenture. The date, maturity dates, interest rate or rates, interest payment dates, denominations, form, registration privileges, manner of execution, place of payment, terms of redemotion and other terms of the Bonds shall be as provided in the Indenture as finally executed." Except as herein provided, Resolution i]o. 83-538 is hereby ratified and confirmed and shall remain in full force and effect. Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
