RESOLUTION NO, 84-98 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br /> LANDSCAPE DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br /> City of Pleasanton, California <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council proposes to form an assessment district <br />pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (Section 22500 <br />and following, Streets and Highways Code) for the purpose of main- <br />taining the improvements described below. <br /> <br /> 2. The improvements to be maintained are described generally <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Landscaping, including trees, shrubs, turf and irrigation <br /> system, all as delineated on the landscapeand irrigation <br /> plans for Tracts 4986~ 5160, 5161 and 5162 prepared by The <br /> Environmental Center, Planners and Landscape Architects, <br /> and on the improvement plans for said tracts. <br /> <br /> 3. The proposed assessment district shall be designated <br />Landscape District No. 1984-1,and shall include the land shown on the <br />map designated "Assessment Diagram of Landscape District No. 1984-1, <br />City of P~easanton, California" which map is on file with the City <br />Clerk and is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 4. Bissell & Karn, Inc., Milpitas, California, is hereby <br />designated engineer for the purpose of these formation proceedings. <br />The City Council hereby directs the engineer to prepare and file with <br />the City Clerk a report in accordance with Article 4 of Chapter 1 of <br />the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br /> <br />
