CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br />LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br />AMENDING SECTION 12 BY ADDING SUBSECTION 12j-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic <br />Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has from time to time amended <br />Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of February 28, 1984, the City <br />Council received and discussed a report dated <br />February 23, 1984 from the Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities related to the Droblem of <br />vehicles over 20 feet in length parking in Johnson <br />Court; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br />No. 76-79 to add subjection 12j-2 to prevent vehicles <br />over 20 feet in length from Darkin~ in Johnson Court; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br />Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby <br />amended by adding subsection 12j-2 as follows: <br /> <br />"12j-2 Johnson Court, on both sides." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 28, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
