CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-81 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY, 1984 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,162,681.17 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of February 28, 1984, a <br />check register summary and Financial Report were <br />presented to the City Council signifying expenditures <br />for the month of January, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the payroll and demand checks contained therein <br />were for approved functions of the City of Pleasanton <br />which are necessary and proper expenses of the <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Claims represented by Checks Nos. 45306-45770 dated <br /> from January 5, 1984 to January 31, 1984, in the <br /> total amount of $7,162,681.17 are hereby aDDroved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Financial ReDort dated January 31, 1984, has <br /> been reviewed and aDproved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoDtion. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 28, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ROB~UTLER, MAY~/~~OR <br /> <br />j~aTEST: <br /> mes R. <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
