CONCLUSION <br />Staff analysis indicates the land use, density, and site design are appropriate and that <br />the common and private open space areas will meet the residents' needs. Staff feels <br />that the building design is attractive and that the architectural style, colors, and <br />materials will complement development in the surrounding area. The proposed project <br />also would provide 110 for-sale detached single-family homes for seniors, fulfilling a <br />needed housing type not currently found in the City.
