The property is bordered on the west by single-family homes in the Ironwood <br />neighborhood. The City's Operation Service Center (OSC) is located to the south of the <br />subject site. Old Mohr Avenue right of way and a Zone 7 lake (Lake I, formerly a <br />Hanson Aggregates quarry pit) are located to the north. This lake will become one of <br />the "Chain of Lakes" which is to be used for future water storage, groundwater <br />recharge, and recreation uses.
