Eazlier this yeaz I wrote the city a letter supporting Mr. Pfund's martial arts business. I did this as a favor to Mr.
Pfund as he and I aze small business owners in the same complex. Mr. Pfund had stated to one of our
employee's that the city was hasseling him regarding parking issues and the possibility of potential traffic
problems, should his open for operation. In my letter I stated that the Tri Valley Martial Arts would in no way
impact my business or affect any of our customers or employees.
According to Mr. Pfund, traffic and pazking were the only reasons why he wasn't open for business. It wasn't
until I watched some of the previous council meetings regazding his business that I learned the truth. I can no
longer support Mr. Pfund or his quest to operate his business. When my husband and I took over ownership of
our business, we made sure we had the correct licenses and filings so there is no reason why Mr. Pfund cannot
do the same and didn't do the same at the time he was trying to set his business up at this location.
At this time, I would like to retract my earlier letter of support.
Feel free to contact me should you have any questions.
Sincerley,
Michelle Padagas
Aftermazket Distributing Incorporated
1262
