CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84 -69 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLA- <br />RATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APP".0VAL OF A <br />72,000 SQ. FT. MINI - STORAGE FACILITY ON STONERIDGE <br />DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1984, the City <br />Council received a proposed mitigated negative <br />declaration for development nlan annroval for <br />construction of a 72,000 sq. ft. mini- storage <br />facility on approximately 3.25 acres located at <br />the southeast corner of I -680 and Stoneridge Drive; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated January 16, 1934 and received <br />the recommendations of the staff and Planning <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which <br />time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br />WHEREAS,. the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with the applicable state and local <br />guidelines governing the nreparation of mitigated <br />negative declarations and environmental impact <br />reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff <br />indicated that there may be significant impacts <br />upon the environment, but that conditions of <br />approval would render these potential imnacts <br />insignificant; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that based upon the review <br />of the Initial Study, and the testimony and docu- <br />mentary evidence presented at the public hearing <br />that there may be significant imnacts on the <br />environment, but that conditions listed in Section <br />1 below as mitigations render these notential <br />impacts insignificant; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />
