STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> <br />I, BRADLEY J. CLARK, Registrar of Voters for the County of Alameda, State of California, <br />having canvassed the returns of all votes east in the City of Pleasanton at the Special Municipal <br />Election held on Tuesday, November 2, 1999, do hereby certify the following to be a full, true <br />and correct Statement of the Results of all votes cast at said election for and against the following <br /> <br />measure: <br /> <br />Measure D: "Shall the CAPP Initiative be adopted to amend the General Plan to require <br />voter approval for development projects involving 10 or more residential units or that <br />have commercial or office buildings that exceed 55 feet in height, and other matters as <br />outlined in the Initiative? <br /> <br />MEASURE D YES 5,487 NO 7,117 <br /> <br />I further certify that the total number of ballots cast in the City of Pleasanton at said Election was <br />12,788 and attached hereto is a complete statement of the results showing the number of votes <br />cast at each precinct for and against the measure. <br /> <br />I hereby set my hand and my official seal this 5th day of November 1999 at Oakland, California. <br /> <br />Registrar of Voters <br />County of Alameda <br />State of California <br /> <br /> <br />
