CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-135 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE FROM THE <br />TRI-VALLEY TRANSPORTATION FEE LOCAL AGENCY <br />SET ASIDE FUNDS FOR PREPARATION OF THE <br />FOOTHILL ROAD/SAN RAMON VALLEY ROAD/I-580 <br />INTERCHANGE PROJECT STUDY REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Dublin has requested the City of Pleasanton to join it in funding the <br />cost for a Project Study Report (PSR) for improvements to the 1-580/Foothill/San <br />Ramon Valley interchange; and <br /> <br />funding would be through use of the 20% set aside funds allowed for each agency <br />under the Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee Program; and <br /> <br />at its meeting of December 7, 1999, the City Council received a report from the <br />Director of Public Works (SR 99:334) regarding this request; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves an appropriation of $54,000 from Pleasanton's 20% set aside funds from <br />the Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee as Pleasanton's half of the costs <br />for preparation of a Project Study Report for improvements to the 1-580/Foothill <br />Road/San Ramon Valley Road interchange. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
