CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-58 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF GP~NT OF EASEMErIT FROM FRANK AND <br /> ALMA AUF DER MAUR FOR BIRCH CREEK DRIVE I~ROVE- <br /> ~NTS, TRACT 5174 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed from Frank <br /> Auf der Maur and Alma Auf der Maur, his wife, to <br /> the City of Pleasanton, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, <br /> for an easement for improvements to Birch Creek <br /> Drive, Tract 5174; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1984, the City <br /> Council received a report from the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities indicating that the <br /> acceptance of this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The Grant Deed from Frank Auf der Maur and Alma <br /> Auf der Maur, his wife, to the City of Pleasanton <br />- for an easement for improvements to Birch Creek <br /> Drive, Tract 5174 is hereby accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None BT~~E.B~~y <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> RO OR <br /> ~~J%mes R.
