CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-57 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING ELECTIOn] OFFICERS SALARIES <br /> AND POLLING PLACE RENTAL FEES FOR THE APRIL 10, <br /> 1984 SPECIAL ELECTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Muncicipal Election re.garding the referendum of <br /> Resolution No. 83-501 will be held on April 10, <br /> 1984; and <br /> <br /> ~IEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1984, the City Council <br /> reviewed a report recommending salaries and rental <br /> fees for those persons who have agreed to serve as <br /> Precinct Officers and those persons who are allowing <br /> their residences to be used as polling places; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Compensation for Election Officers and rental fees <br /> for polling places shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> Inspector $39.50 <br /> Judge 34.50 <br /> Clerks 34.50 <br /> Polling Place rental <br /> with furniture 35.00 <br /> without furniture 20.00 <br /> Pick up precinct supplies 5.00 <br /> Return precinct supplies <br /> to Return Center 2.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> uDon its Dassage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> J~me's R.
