CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-50 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REAPPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR VINEYARD AVENUE BIKE LANE - TOURIGA DRIVE TO <br /> AD~{S WAY, PROJECT NO. 83-7, AND AUTHORIZING <br /> READVERTISING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report dated February 8, 1984, advised the City <br /> Council that plans and specifications had been <br /> completed for the Vineyard Bike Lane from Touriga <br /> Drive to Adams Way, Project No. 83-7, and that <br /> said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />I~HEREAS, at its meeting of February 14, 1984, the City <br /> Council reviewed the reDort of the Director of <br /> Public Works and Utilities relating to the Droject; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Reapproves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Vineyard Avenue bike lane from Touriga Drive to <br /> Adams Way, Project No. 83-7. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the readvertisin% for bids for the <br /> above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 14, 1984 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> is George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />AFPROVED AS TO FOP&{: <br /> <br /> <br />
