CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 84-49 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF SHIRLEY L. SPERBER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 22, 1984, the City of Pleasanton received <br /> a claim in the sum of $5,000,009 filed on behalf of <br /> Shirley L. SDerber for injuries allegedly incurred <br /> from a fall at the intersection of Black Street and <br /> Harvest Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 14, 1984, the City Council reviewed the <br /> claim and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The claim presented on December 22, 1984 against the <br /> City of Pleasanton on behalf of Shirley L.
